Camping La Vallée

Camping La Vallée ligt 1,5 kilometer uit de kust van Normandië. Het plaatsje Dives-sur-Mer is op loopafstand. Dives-sur-Mer is historisch als vertrekhaven van Willem de Veroveraar richting Engeland in 1066.

Set on the heights of Houlgate, Camping La Vallée offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the Norman countryside. This well-equipped 5-star site features an aquatic complex with an indoor section and outdoor slides. The atmosphere is warm and balanced, with varied animation. The location makes the famous seaside resorts of Deauville and Cabourg quickly reachable. The campsite is clean and the pitches are of good quality. The terrain is, however, sloped — which can be tiring — and reaching the beach requires a brisk 900 m walk or a car. Wi-Fi is paid and sometimes slow. A good choice for combining comfort and the discovery of the Pays d'Auge.
